Stage 3 holds around 24 on average on .48, so .55 would be more, need to check AFR, det etc to make sure it's safe to run X amount of boost pressure rather than what it can make.

If you have a 3 bar map sensor keep it down to 2 bar in the midrange ideally.

I run my T34 . 48 at 2.2 bar in the midrange but I have to have the 2 bar fuel set for 2.2 bar to achieve it on my map sensor, little bit pikey really, but cobblers shoes and all that

ASSUMING ITS MAPPED CORRECTLY!

Depends on other mods, and what the chip is set to, ask the author of the chip you're using as he is the best person to tell you.
As an average they run around 24psi, but can't just set it to this, or at the very least if you do get a AFR check done under load.

I run 2.2 bar midrange on greens, no problems.

But as I mentioned in my post, it needs to be mapped correctly, and if the injectors are maxed out before you have the right amount of fuel going in then by definition it is NOT mapped correctly.

It is down to 1.5 bar by about 6K or so, the 2.2 only lasts for a short period, probably under 1Krpm in fact.

It never climbs out of the low 11s on boost so the injectors are definately big enough.

Even on the .55 housing it wont hold 30 psi high up the rev range, especially on a modified head, the turbo just cant flow enough for that.
