hi all,

im after bigger brakes - will the calipers from a mk6 st fiesta fit on a 1.25 fiesta mk5 zetec?? with the zetec s' discs under 14" alloys???

Don't know about the caliper interchangeability, but suspect they would, but not a hope in hell of getting 300 discs under 14" wheels, don't even think you'd get 300 under 15" wheels.

mondeo mk3 calipers and 300mm discs from a st170 just fit under 15's with some grinding so no chance with 14's

about 265 discs would be far more suited, which i beleive is about the size of fiesta st's but im not sure....

cheers tabetha.....what size are the zetec s' front discs 1 thought they were 300mm or are they 280 or something - i think my 1.25s are 240mm or something the ZS' might be 268mm forget the 300mm

mk5 zetec s are 260mm, Fiesta ST are 280mm, Focus ST170 / Mondeo Mk3 are 300mm.

300mm will just fit under standard zetec s wheels (15") I have 300mm 4 pots under my 15" MO's.

Yes as the zetec s has a 14" spare wheel

Have a look on zsoc.com for some, a few people have upgraded so should be some knocking about

cheers - but will the 1.6 calipers just bolt straight on?? obviously need new pad carriers etc...
