xr2i 16v alternator choices??
my alternator has gone on my xr2i 16v, does any one know if one off a later ford will fit e.g a mondeo or escort on a p r s or t plate ?? the engine looks very similar but actually says zetec on the top, i can see they mount slightly differently to the engine (different brackets) but im not sure if the actuall alternators are the same.. any one know plz????
