NO Handbrake
I have a p100. I put Mk3 disc's and 2wd calipers on the back. I got a new hand brake cable on but I had to make it longer. I have 16X8 revolution wheels on the back. I cant get the wheels to lock up??

When you say lock up, do you mean whilst driving and applying the e brake ?, if so I would expect them to lock from the e brake, drums much better in this respect, due to much more surface area.
