Centre differential viscous unit in the gearbox has failed, common fault i'm affraid mate.

It is a hard job to do mate if you can get the part, you will probably find it will be easier to get hold of a second hand replacement box.

do they not also have some rubber donut thingy like what propshafts have that breaks and is only a cheap fix remember reading it in pf once
