Default 2wd cossie no boost

2wd cossie ( blue inj 2.5bar map) wont build more than 1bar .any ideas people

actuator on it's way out?
try bleeding some air off the actuator or giving it more pre-tension.
if that doesn't sort it, then it seems ecu/amal related.

Is the amal clicking if so these fail and this is what they do? gurantee that's what it will be, to confirm unplug the amal valve and go for a drive if same boost then amal valve is not working.

eeeee i dont have amal valve .just a pressure regulator in the solenoid between the actuator and the turbo housing

It would have done, explain what you mean by solenoid between the actuator and the turbo housing as a amal valve is an electronically controlled solenoid, screwed by two screws into the intercooler? If you don't have that you will have a bleed valve which is not a solenoid.

Boost leak thru a hose, Worn turbo, Leaking wastgate, have you tested the actuator spring?

i ve just check the hoses no leak there yes it is a bleed valve(κλεφτης in greek).i tryed an new actuator and seems to boost fine.thanks people
