Car starts, runs for 30 secs then cuts out!

It revs but wont rev past 0 on the boost guage!

WTF is going on?

 

sounds like a boost pipe has come off from the turbo to the intercooler mate - OR the turbo has siezed up

 

Its a fiesta turbo not escort.

Turbo is new, all pipes are ok!

 

just drop the pipe off the intake to the turbo and check it does spin freely (with the engine NOT running obviously) only other main culprit..... aif flow meter. you havn't just presure washed the engine bay hae u......?
