i've got an frst unchipped but running a hybrid T2

picked it up last night and found out that when boost comes in at about 5-7 on my boost gauge the car stutters as if there is a rev limiter but on the turbo, is this because it isn't chipped?

 

yes its the over boost cutting in try turnin the boost down or chip it
