Default Removing Dump Valve

My new RS has a dump valve fitted, I think it may be causing some un-smooth running so want to try the blanking plug out instead. But what do I do with all the pipes? Theres numerous going from place to place, two end up in the bulkhead, I am running a boost gauge too if that helps? Here's a picture.

take your dump valve out block the hole, take the vacum pipe of that goes to the dump valve do away with the t piece, and use a straight connector.

I do yep, he gave me one with the car. DO you think the d-valve could be causing the car to stutter at certain revs and generally take some smoothness away from the drive?

I think what could be best is getting the fuelling set up first on the metering unit. See if that helps first. To remove dump valve, take it blank hole and remove pipe to dump valve, replace t-piece with straight connector, i am guessing pipe to bulk head might go to your boost gague by any chance?

I took it off and replaced the T with a straight connector. Worked fine. It feels slightly smoother but it still holds back between 2-3k. I'm presuming its underfuelling. I'm going to go to NMS or Noble to get it set on the metering unit and a full setup done. Just hope it survives until then!

So I put it back on anyway, then it really was running rough! Took it back off again and it was OK but for a short while ran a bit crappy, could it just have been slightly flooded for a time?
