B+M fitting probs

Ive recently tried fitting my B+M quickshift to my turbo'd XR3. Can I fook find reverse now. Anyone got any pointers to help??

think the last time i did mine i put the box in first gear and got someone inside to hold the gearleaver where 1st should be and bolted it up underneath
