Unhappy 4 to 5 stud conversion adapters

Hope someone can help me,im looking to convert my ford from 4 to 5 stud.
I can not find any adapters anywhere thay are all for bmw/vw/nissan.
Does anyone now where i can get some from or get them made.
Im stuck please help me somebody !!!!!

you could try using granada hubs not sure if they would fit but much cheaper than buying a set of a specialist

your advice was to use a hub you dont know if it fits and havent botherd thinkin about the cost in makein it fit against the cost of adapters.... strange lol

Im thinking of doing this when i get a cougar next year, change it from ford 4 to ford 5 stud cos ive got some nice wheels in ford 5 stud in 18's lying around.

How much would it cost ???
