Default turbo zetec

hi all have aquired a 1800 zetec which thanks to a couple of you have pointed me in the right direction of putting it in my van. My next question is what is the best route for turboing said engine. What spec, turbo, inlet, fuel delivery, ecu etc etc. Am wanting to hit 250bhp ish and got £1500 to spend

thanks for any input
