Default YB getting hot!

We have a problem with an Yb engine getting hot while driving hard (track) but it is ok while driving normal or on idle.

The waterhoses are expanding when revving, but the head is pressuretested and the haed gasket is ok.

Any other ideas we could test?

Thank you/ Kezmo

When you say getting hot, why do you think this, does it boil the coolant, push it out the expansion tank, or just relying on the gauge ?
What temp stat do you have in there ?

we never drove the car on the red marking on the gauge.
We also never tested the gauge, but the thing that happens is that the hoses expand when you rev it, and we tested it against another engine and that engine didn't expand the hose.

Also tested if there were any exhausts in the expasion jar, and there wasn't.

The same thing happened to me, it was blown head gasket, It build up to much pressure, and break on hose. It was not hot, just high pressure.

but there are no exhaust fumes in the expansion "jar" and the block uses O-rings and an original head gasket.

It happend before we change the gasket to a new one, and the old one were not broken, but it still got hot.

Clogged radiator?
