top and bottom radiator hoses are both cold after running car for half an hour
ive brought a mk6 2003 ford fiesta 1.6 I changed the coolant and now when I run it both radiator hoses are cold is that normal? also radiators cold, ive took cap of and put the heater on full and ran it to get there air but still cold but the heater blows hot also the temp gauge says norm, any ideas?

Sounds like a serious air lock and I wouldn't run it for long without rad getting hot. I would be looking at the thermostat first as it could be stuck in warm up mode. At the very least have the heater on full hot until you get to bottom of it but I wouldn't go far.
A quick google suggests heater valves commonly stick and water pumps can fail so I would swap out the above 3 to rule them out.
