Default ECU problem with conversion

hello everybody, I really do need help since i dont know what to do, I have a 1997 mondeo 1.6 silvertop manual transmission non pats, Ive done a conversion to 2.0 zetec silvertop, but here in egypt we do not have mk1 mondeos so i can't get DESK or DEWY ecu's :s, I am now running the 1.6 ecu :s which most people said is very dangerous for the engine in addition to power loss, what can I do? shal i just run it on the 1.6 ecu? is there a way to bypass the pats system? is there a way to diy remap the current ecu? can i make my car have pats? ie: can i use a pats enabled ECU by any way? what is the solution to this huge problem :S ???? plzzzz i need advice
