Default Zetec Turbo How Much Boost?

What boost can i run on a 2.0 zetec turbo engine running on ofab management, rover turbo inlet manifold, beige injectors, area 6 uprated valve springs, focus rs pistons and rods and focus rs metal head gasket?

I have it booked in on monday to have my evolution chip fitted and setup. Chip has been wrote to engine spec.

I was thinking 16 or 21 psi?

Any help would be apriciated.

Si

So many experts

The amount of boost you can run will be limited by detonation or fuel.. and on beiges, assuming you mean 701's, on a 2 litre (even on a small T3) i doubt you'll be runing much more than about 10 pounds of boost before you max the injectors out!

Your tuner should be the person you ask this question to... or more to the point, he'll tell you what its running and thats that!

i would say you need at lest 350cc injectors to get half decent power but the bigger the better.
I am building a ZT my self FRS Rods and pistons FRS Cams Blacktop engine 680cc injectors and rover turbo inlet. Just need to get some valve spring asap

I thought beige injectors were good for 16psi? a mate had a 1.8 zvh turbo and was running 16psi on blue injectors, he had beige before the blues and it was over fueling so he changed back to blues

That isn't how it works. Speak to your tuner.

Just got back from Hitech Motorsport.

Van is 271bhp at 6050 rpm running 10psi boost. Fueling is good and is enough for 16 psi but was getting boost cut. Going to replace map sensor, plugs and take it back
