Couple people I know had problems with the teeth coming off :S

never had any issues, iirc they are gates belts which are the best available imo

im prity sure thats not the belt causing the problem more to do with the fit ment

the gates belt is thicker, so if you try and cheat when fitting them, by not removing the bottom pulley and sliding the belt in past it...damage will occur.

i pulled the bottom pulley off enough to put the belt on with ease

you should be fine then, ive seen people squeeze them in, as you can just about get away with it on a std thickness belt, but the gates so called "grp a" one they sell is too thick to do it

im pretty sure it would the same one yes, its not really a grp a, but they call it that as its thicker

i use this belt, and have done for years

never had any probs wit a gates belt on any car
i wont fit a kit in work unless its either gates or genuine kit
its just 1 of those things were you dont cut corners
dont get better than gate

I use Gates too, or Dayco(made by gates), also have Gates wellies!!

gate belts imo are the best money can buy, i bought my kit from woodford too and had no probs! :S

I use them also, never had any problems whit them. I use gates belts for the last years on every car that i do in my garage never had one broken and i did alot of belts!!!
