Default rounded bolt removal

im sure some of you would of came across a rounded bolt head at some stage, question is how do you get it off, weld a nut to the bolt head, try and hammer a smaller socket onto it ?? im open to ideas, 2 of my 4 front anti roll bar bolts are rounded off

you can buy bolt extractors that just twist on anti clock wise and they grip and remove the bolt or nut.... iv'e got a set of snap-on ones but machine mart sell them to and are just as good......they work every time too... ill try and find a pic

I personally would HEAT these by welding a bar/nut whatever on, this has the added effect of helping to loosen anyway.
Using no heat means more likelyhood of the bolt snapping, they chassis cut open inside car to fix etc, whereas a bit of heat, even better from a torch will be much much better to start with.
