It doesn't matter, ford did not do a special pump for the water injection, they grabbed the nearest one in the parts bin, it is purely a pump just get one with the conecctors on you want, but obviously a bottle fitting one would(?) be easier to mount as a reservoir for the water supply.
I think I would go off to the scrappies and have a rummage around.

these pumps i,m sure were only for homoligation, you probably want over a bar of water pressure over boost, so running 2 bar boost idealy you would want a 5 bar pump, you won't get that from them

the early works cars used 2 headlamp washer pumps in series to get the pressure up, the WRC used a flojet pump albeit modified a little.

A pump with two outlets is normally used for front and rear screen, one outlet going to front and one to rear, the current reverses causing the motor to spin backwards, and a little flow valve swaps sides inside the pump housing so directing flow as appropriate, this can be used no problem, as the valve will lock off whichever side is not being used when conencted to the lecky feed.
