Default heater problem

can anyone help its a bit of a pain now the cold winter morning are here my heater seems to be blowing cold air all the time ive changed the thermostat head gaskets fine any idea's anyone cos its getting bloody cold ! lol
ps,its a fiesta rs turbo

Are both the pipes going to the matrix hot (water in and water out) If both are hot its a flap problem (most likely) if not its a blocked matrix or a circulation problem

just had this with my s2 it was the heater matrix that was blocked, got another one from a scrappy, cars nice and warm now be careful when disconnecting the water pipes as the matrix plastic pipes tend to snap

I had thisd problem. It was the heater matrix that was blacked. The best way to sort this it to flush the system with a hose pipe for a about 20 mins. You'll notice alot of orange crap coming out of it for the first 10 mins or so.
