ERST S2 oil spray from dump valve

ERST S2 oil spray from dump valve
Hi guys,
My S2 RS Turbo is spraying a fine mist of oil out of the dump valve, I've checked the charge carrier pipe and there's a bit of oil in there too. I've had the turbo checked out and it's in excellent condition, no damaged oil seals, and it has a Bayleys breather system fitted, no pipes blocked up, so does anyone have any idea where it could be coming from?

Most rst's have a small amount of oil build up dont they??
Well everyone ive seen does and ive seen quite a few now mint ones and rebuilds.
