zetec ecu swap

i need help!!!

i have dropped a 2 litre out of a 95 mondeo into my 93 xr31.i am running a 130 ps ecu currently but have been offered a 2 litre ecu out of a 94 mondeo .will this just plug in and run properly??

any ideas

From: International Star can be any where

no? loom is differant and engines and ecu must be spot on ie from same car or have the same numbers on(ecu)
