Hi everyone! I'm building a Mk1 Focus 1.6 zetec s with gsxr 600 itb's, newman ph3 cams, ecumaster det 3 piggyback ecu, full exhaust.I was wondering if I can use arp rod bolts for the older zetec E 1.6 engine? What is safe rpm for standard rod bolts ? I have a redline of 7250 or 7500 in mind. Will standard bolts handle it, heard valve springs are good for 7600 rpm. Thanks
