Bit of a random question, before I start I should explain I don't actualy have a fiesta but a R5 GTT with a home built EFI system using an Emerald ECU, I've got the car working with a large starion throttle body but thats proving to be to big and is causing problems, so went to a local scrappy and found a mk4 fiesta 1.4DOHC and got the throttle body off it but what I wanna know is, will the standard ford TPS sensor work with an Emerald ECU? I would ask Dave but I won't be able to get hold of him till monday and I need to now asap.

Anyone know, does it work?

Yes it will, go to ECU SETUP, and select Throttle Position Alignment, follow instructions, and 10 seconds later it will be aligned, you need to do this for each map whether using1/2 or 3.
The ecu is supplied with the disc of software, and is very easy to use as I can do it.
Saying that it will also work with pretty much any tps sensor that fits, I am using a different tps to fords as mine went tits up!!

Thanks Tabetha, that makes my job alot easyer, now all I gotta do is repair the damage from saturday nights blow up turns out no. 1, 2 and 3 were running lean and no. 4 was running so rich it hid the other 3, that'll be a cooked head gasket then

Where you having it set up ?, if you want any techy questions on emerald answered I am in there at least once a week, as live about 1/4 mile away, I nearly even got a emerald hat but it was pink!!
