Default Starting problem

Hi can anyone help? I have a s2 rs turbo and i have a problem trying to get it started after it has been running. It is like it has a flat battery but once it has cooled down it starts no problem. Any ideas ? Thanks..

Defo sounds like a starter problem with excess heat, thought these had a shield as std ?

I had this same problem but it wasnt the starter, soon as i changed to coz mgmt i never had the problem again so i put it down to the metering unit maybe? Would start brilliant from cold, pop to the petrol station to fill up then i would need to sit ther like a twat for ten minutes till the bastard cooled down slighlty, it turned over as sweet on the key also.
