hi all

ive got a 1988 mk2 xr2 running twin 40 carbs.
when i tryed to have it set up i was told the the valves were not sealing propley and to change the cam for a cvh 22.
ive since taken the head off, done the valves and cam put it all back together. now it wont start but turns over really slowly ive got a spark and fuel timing marks all line up but it wont go
any pointers to get this going would be great

starter motor/alternator connectors all nice and tight and clean?battery tired?

 

Are you sure you've done the timing right on the dizzy??

 

are the leads on the right plugs 1 3 4 2
