Default overbore

hi!

whats the largest boresize which is safe
on a 200 block?

my block is bored to 91,32 and
the hone doesnt look very good,
i need ~1l oil on 1000km.
all seals are new.

is a rebore safe,or should i look on a new block?
is the next step 91,5 or 91,75?
its a 4*4 escos with ~400bhp.

and could i use a 205block instead of the 200 in
a 4*4

best regards chris

I would not use a 2wd block, the 4wd one is strengthened due to the diff etc being bolted to it, and it is just a much stiffer block.
I think you can use a 2wd block though.
1 litre of oil in 1000k's(600miles) is not bad, mine uses 1/2 litre every 150miles!!
I know mine is rings gone, still making good power though!!

thank you,
and what do you think about an 2nd overbore?
is it safe for ~400bhp?

best regards chris
