Default what oil in cosworth

i have recently bought a 2wd sapphire cosworth and just wanted to know the best oil to use and what grade as im planning on servicing it soon. also where can i get hold of the metal water inlet pipe to the turbo as mine has snapped. cheers any help will be appreciated.

You can get a flexy alternative made.
I braized a 17mm nut on the head of my banjo, so much easier to undo do up now as get a spanner on so much easier, make sure you get new washers too, or reanneal the old ones by heating to cherry red then dropping in old oil, this will re soften them beautifully, done it loads of times always works, on m/bikes with copper head gaskets.
