I am very new to the RS scene and I am looking for advice on my S1. How is the fueling adjusted for cold start/choke.

If I start my car and hold the revs up for about 3 minutes then every thing is OK, it will idle.
If I let the revs drop it will stall/cut out then be a real bitch to start.

I will be looking for someone to tune the car in the wiltshire area but I wanted to sort this problem out before I get there.
