You can do it the brutal way by moving the crank sensor but there is no built in adjustment for it. As said above the intended way to adjsuting the advance is by making a new chip.

As said, its ECU controlled. Look for reasons your ecu may make the wrong decisions instead, such as sensor error.

You have i presume set the CO since you rebuilt her?: ?

Also based on my own experience I would be thinking about making sure the FPR was working correctly and set up properly

thanks for the replies

i have not done either as yet ,set the co or the fuel pressure

i can check and adjust the co @ the mot on thursday but the fuel pressure i cant do unless i can make a tool up ,and i know that needs doing before the co anyways

thanks guys

it will be off to the rolling road for a setup as soon as i can anyway which should sort alot of it out

my ecu is chipped and i have 3bar and greys with rs 500 intercooler

so apart from a few adjustments what else can the rolling road man do if my ecu has allready been setup before hand

Hence why it's running like poo , The ECU will be putting too much fuel in as it thinks it is running smaller injectors than it is. Either change the chip for one that runs greys/403's or put in green 803 injectors
