Default Zetec Heads

Please can anyone tell me if both the 1.8 and 2.0 litre Silvertop Zetec heads are the same . I have the chance to buy a set of Piper fast road cams complete with the reworked head that goes with them from a 1.8 Zetec and wanted to fit it all up to a 2 .0 litre engine can I do it. Any help and I would be greatfull. Thanks.

This will work well BUT there is no point unless you have binned the OE inlet and have aftermarket management.

No, they have different combustion chamber volumes.

But they fit and the 1.8 head will raise the compression ratio which is good if NA.
