Default no spark S1

as some of u know i hav done a full resto on my s1 most of the car is back together and i hav been trying to get it to start things r not going well ,still cant get it to spark been through it a hundred timmes now and its starting to great me down feel that i am so close yet so far away to get this turd to spark
i will go through it again to see if anyone can help , this is what i do have working i can hear the fuel pump priming, the large silver relay under the dash clicks when u turn it over so is prob working ok,,the yellow relay beside the heater under the bonnet clicks when the ignition turns on so again it seems to be working ,the two green wires one from the silver ECU and the other from the insterment cluster ie the ingnition light both have 12 volt supply

now the dizzy looks as near new as u can get when i bought it i was told it was just reconed and the black plastic plug and wires r in prefect condition ,now on the platic bit it has the markins + 0 - , when i test these when the plug is disconected from the dizzy i get 12v out all three with the ingnition on ,is this right i would of thought one would be a +12v an earth and a single wire ......or am i just talkin

please guys really lookin for some help here its doing my head in ,an idiots guide on what to do and check ,wiring diagrams anything i am desperate my mates r pulling the now saying it will never move again lol any help would be great

if any one has a escort turbo and a muti-meter could u take the black plug of the dizzy and check each wire on the 3 pronged plug on the wiring loom side(not on the dizzy its self )and tell what volts if any u r getting so i can compare with mine

why not ,these supply the coil with the 12volt feed that the coil needs to work ,one green from the insterment cluster when ignition turns on and the other from silver ECU ,what makes u think this aint right

thats straight up, all black wires in a Mk3/4 escorts are un-fused ignition feeds.

What are you connecting your meter between?
