was tinkering about with my engine today and think i have come across a prob. think there is a pipe missing that goes from the crankcase filter thingy to the bottom of my air filter box. some1 has put a hose on the crankcase filter but its a bit of garden hose and just drops down to bottom of engine. im not sure how its spose to be as its been like this since i bought it . is the pipe from crankcase filter sposed to go into the airbox ? if so where can i get 1 and how much . oh and my car is a 1990 xr3i efi cabby many thanks .

 

Yes the hose should go to the airbox, ebay may be a help but does not have to be a ford hose, just one that does the job.
