2wd saff
when my car gets warm it cuts out atleast twice, sometimes more, it starts back up straight away, if i'm on the motorway it will die and splutter for a few seconds, then its ok, it will do this a few times then its fine.
anyone got any ideas what this is as its driving me crazy.

You would do well to ascertain whether it is electricalor fuel in nature.
It is almost defo electrical, I would first when the engine is running do a wiggle test on all the connectors, especially the CPS connector, to see if it can be made to stop, chnces are it is a silly little bad joint break/somewhere.
As it only does it when it's hot this again is looking more likely to be electrical in nature.

It cudnt b phase sensor cud it. I know the insulation on the wires crack n can cause all sorts of faults. The phase sensor is in ur dizzy cap just in case u didnt know where it was.

I have known the ignition amps to stop like this when they are hot, due to having no HEAT COMPOUND behind them where they sit on the alloy heatsink.
