Default Cutting off, and engine stopping on EEC IV Escos

I have had several electrilcalproblems over last few weeks. I already changed the fusebox. Acctually after that problems bicame bigger. First idiots at Fords who did the exchanged put the loom so the clutch pedal cut one of the thick rad cables nearly making car burs in flames, but just nearly. I fixed it on the roadside and car run fine. Apart from stopping somtimes. It's not connected with anything. every few hundred km's it starts to cut of, stops to react to throttle and sometimes simply dies and wont start for some time. When it happens I can hear clicking sound from the fuse/realays box. It's some relay I think. It's cutting fuel not ignition I suppose because there is no bang bang effect like when ignition problems . I know nobody who has any idea? Maybe its just some poor connection somewhere? Also a few days ago it stopped to have idle revs and made clouds of balck smoke fromm overfueling. Turning it of for like 5 mintes fixed the problem. What can that be? fucked ECU?

Tha car is small turbo + superchips and 1.5 bar boost. I never had any engine electronic problems, so I wouldn't say it's superchips module.

i would suggest taking the superchip out anyway and trying it as it sounds like the exact same problem mine had and i havent had a single problem since i removed the chip, when you say its clicking does this clicking vary in speed at all?

The car done 140 000 km's with the chip in, can it brake?

The clicking sound apears when it missfires like it was fuel pump relay or somthing.. dunno. What Ford people could fuck when changing fusebox?

I really don't want to make it slower :-(((

Remove the chip first pal, then let us know whats happening, these modules do give trouble, especially the big heavy superchips one.

Today we removed ECU and superchips module. Both were covered with dust, dirty, and the contectors on both ECU multiplug and supeerchips module were less then functional. after cleaning everything very delicatly with brake cleaner the car seams to be working fine. I hope it was that. By the way - module is dark red or something and rather light"
