Hi folks,

Just wondering if anyone can recomend a type of quick-shift for a Series 1 Escort RST or any suppliers?

I'm after a decent quick-shift to tighten up the gear changes. I'm aware of the B&M shifters but would rather not be paying out the circa £200 that they go for.

Any help appreciated.
