HI JUST WONDERING IM USING OFAB WHAT AP SENSORS CAN USE AND IF I USE A COSSIE ONE WILL I NEED TO MAP IT OR WILL IT RUN OK

Sorry to sound negative but have you fitted that head to your engine????

Map sensors - OFAB uses a Marelli 2 bar standard. You can run a cossie 3 bar one but you will need a chip, and could be a pointless venture dependent on how much boost you are going to run.

hi im new to turbos so i dont know much i build mk3 fiesta zetec turbo is it possible to use the standard seirra cossy map sensor with out chippin it
what about the head i know it looks rough i gonna refurb it just that i on a serous buget with havin 3 kids

A standard cossie one may well work, if thats a 2 bar marelli. Check the part number on it.

Yer thats what i meant, rusty cams and stuff You wouldn't wana just fit it as it is and hope for the best, if your refurbing it should be all good

the engine will be refurbd cleand ad painted but the 1800 is only the prototype when i can afford the forged pistons ill be building a 2ltr
