Hello guys........

A mate has a 1995 Fiesta 1600 Si with a problem.
The engine is standard with just a K&N filter and cat back exhaust.
The car WONT rev, it ticks over OK and drives but will not rev ???

ANY ideas guys ????

blocked exhaust more than likely cat has probably collapsed

Disconnect the MAF and see what happens???

 

Tried that mate, no change...........

We have had somebody else say "the cat" so looking into that 1st.

yeh the cat would have collapsed and be blocking the exhast gases from getting out thus chocking the engine my girlfriends one has just gone to exactly the same problem just smashed the middles out for now. they are Ł76.86+vat new from A R E
