Default boggo fiesta question

lads ,

got my sisters boggo 1.3 endura fiesta to service.she complained it was revvin a lot and could i check it.
idle control valve was dead so i replaced it with new but still revving.
changed the throttle body no good
changed the throttle position sensor , no good

engine is bloody next.

disconnected each injector to se if one was leaking , no good

did the obvious like the accelerator cable and stuff.

please save my head by suggesting a fix, bar burning it

cheers

rob
