2ltr zetec bottom end help needed ugent!!!!!!!!!!!

Default 2ltr zetec bottom end help needed ugent!!!!!!!!!!!

right fitted my 2 ltr zvh lump in my cabriolet wired and piped up one problem there is an outlet next to where the oil filter is and its throwing oil out does anyone know wot goes there as im totally lost

a pipe goes from there to the rocker cover for the crankcase beather set up

nah mate i got 2 outlets as if ur looking at the engine from the front on the back u got the braided oil feed in the centre to the right the one that goes to the rocker but on the left it another one think it might be for the breather but dunno

The only one I can think of near the oil filter is the hole where the oil pressure switch goes, If its that one you REALLY need to fit summat into it, Its the main oil gallery

nah thats in the middle on a block with the braided oil pipe for the turbo am i correct in saying that and as far as that picture goes that has no outlets on the back apart from the middle one for the block for the oil pressure switch and braided oil pipes for the turbo as far as i can see not even got the outlet for the one that goes to rocker from wot i can tell i really am lost as wen i got the engine sumin was there but cants remember wot

the hole ur refering to just has an 8mm hex grub screw in it. its the one in the pic with the rag in it. the one to the right of it is were the oil presure swithch goes. to the right of that you can just see another hole like the first one, with the grubscrew in place. these are for cleaning block. there for gun barrel brush. plug it with a cut down bolt, with a copper washer n forget it.

hey greg its paul, do you have two breathers at the back? if so plum them in as shown

look on this link it will show you two breathers at the back of the block, this is how ive just done mine, plum the 2 into one pipe as shown in one of the pics using a y type piece of as escort water pipe
