Default 3 door cos trailing arm bushes?????

Gonna replace the trailing (Swing) arm bushes on the rear of my cos, among other things. Would like to know if i should fit poly bushes or new standard ones.
Any help much appreciated.
Cheers
Andy

I believe the iner ones are sypherical bearing but the outter ones are just rubber bushed.

Therefore keep the inner one syperical, but change the outer ones to poly

What make mate. Toying with the idea of fitting the Deflex ones as they are one hell of alot cheaper.

Andy,
I've got a complete set of Deflex poly's in the back of my 4x4.
I have got poly's in place of the original shericals (got a second pair of arms powdercoated, so fitted polys) and it all works just fine. I'd guess though that it was the beam mount donut bushes that made the biggest difference.

only replace rear beam bushes with genuine ford items,if fitting polly ones these will last no time at all, ford bushes ar competition quality so why change.

Thanx for the advice chaps. Heva now bought OE for items for the rear arms. Not the cheapest as you say but hopefully, along with the Rear beam poly bushes should tighten everything very nicely indeed.
Cheers

depends if it takes you 3 weeks to jack the car up, remove the wheels and shocks (like me )
I'm having a rest now and I might remove the beam and arms over the next month
