FSE power boost valves

Can you use these instead of a cossie fuel pressure regulator ?

In a zetec turbo conversion ?

Are they any good ?

had one on my xr2i was okay but didnt give me BHP. I think the purpose of them is if your running big BHP engines which then allows you to adjust the fuel pressure.
