Default Amal valve relocation

I'm tidying up the engine bay and moving the amal valve, I have a new plug but what gauge wire do I need to extend
the lead.

I can see the lead but I've no idea of amps etc etc.

thanks folks.

Since no one has advised the correct gauge. A previous owner on my car used speaker wire to extend it. I also dont know what is the correct gauge so I tided it up with https://www.jaycar.co.nz/heavy-duty-...black/p/WH3037 and it seems fine.

Moved the valve today to the back of the airbox, looks a lot better hidden out the way. Just need to extend the lead to it.

Very tidy. What route did you take to get to the airbox without seeing the wires?.

That's the next job, 2 options....along the slam panel to the o/s headlight then up the inner wing with the original loom or neatly route it along side the throttle cable in a cable tidy/wrap.

I think under the slam pannel would be the way I'd run it?

Just picked up some wire and split sleeve.

14 strand 0.30 gauge wire seems a good fit.

I'll do both to see which is best..

The guy that owned the car before screwed it to a small piece of aluminium and it looks horrific.
