Basically mate you have to drill the locating holes in the hub out to 12mm, then grind about 3mm off the inside mounting face of the 4 pots so they sit central on the disc, then just fit new pads and pins and bolt the callipers on using a 12mm bolt + nylock nut. The braided banjo type brake hoses which you have to use due to room are available from mike rainbird off here for around Ł55.

Bit of an update, ive fully overhauled the 4 pot calipers now, new seals + piston gaiters, clips etc, got some 2wd front discs and mounted it all up so just the rears to do now. Had a nightmare trying to find the 2wd discs locally so on the off chance i phoned a friend who works for vauxhall gave him the details, ten mins later he phones back as tells me that not only have they got 3 sets in but they are old stock and should retail at Ł117 they sold them to me for Ł23.50 a set so i brought all 3

Fuck me, that must of been heart breaking to sand that new paint!
The lad who sprays my cars mentioned he has major problems with silcone in the air, causing this type of thing. Even cars pulling up at his workshop with a fresh coat of back to black bumper cleaner or dash shine stuff!
Hence why the big players have spray booths.
Just thought I would mention, dont know why really as I know fuck all about painting cars!

Tell Matt to expect a call from me as soon as Jacko takes my block to the engineers and I get it back.
