Basically mate you have to drill the locating holes in the hub out to 12mm, then grind about 3mm off the inside mounting face of the 4 pots so they sit central on the disc, then just fit new pads and pins and bolt the callipers on using a 12mm bolt + nylock nut. The braided banjo type brake hoses which you have to use due to room are available from mike rainbird off here for around £55.
