well about time i put up a post about this im about 1/4 the way throght , im putting a 1.8 zetec in to my fiesta si . was told it would go stright in with out any work since then i got a 130ps engine ( well full car ) and when takin the eninge out the si and compering it to the escort lump it needs loads of the si bits power stering pump manifold alternater and bracket ect, spec im buildin the engine to is nothing big but its all fun.
130ps engine (128 bhp)
si gear box
2.0ltr ECU
2.0ltr MAF
2.0ltr TB
power bust valve
de-cat
pipe
lightend flyhweel
rear disks

so heres some pics will keep this updated

I got the bits i've been waiting for from the USA today, so i can sort that wiring diagram out this week!!

why are you using 2.0 stuff when u got the whole 1.8 130ps car???

the 1.8 had exturnal EDIS so need 2.0ltr shit
