Not much happened over the weekend im afraid
Bolted up the Plenum & Inlet together and bolted it up to the head
Removed old Std Map sensor and fitted nice new 3 Bar
And worked out where the Oil Cooler was going to go
Other than that i have just been getting everything cleaned up ready for sticking back together.
Will need to get a puller and get the bottom pulley off to get the belt changed so that and fitting the Oil Cooler will be this weeks work

I did think about putting it in behind the N/S grill in the bumper but i would have had to move the water bottle and i cant be bothered with that so i just ordered up a thinner one that will go in the same place with no issues
Heres a pic of the cooler fitted, pitty it was to low for the under tray but you live and learn

Saturday,
Done a couple of little jobs.
Removed the old Oil Cooler that was to big as pictured above and fitted my new one
made up a couple of brackets to lower it so it sits directly behind the lower grill in the bumper and also leave enough room for the pipes to come out of the top instead of the bottom
Removed the main pully to allow me to change the timing Belt. Will get it buftied up through the week ready for re-fitting
A pic of the removed (un broken) pully
