Dunc Maclean cool Dunc, you should start a thread on your Uno build
pjv7771 seen them advertised on ebay a while back, but i bought them from the bloke outside of ebay as they were customised for me.
Moondust_crust underneath will just be clean n tidy, none of this bufty lark, its just not me. probs stonechip or underseal, cos to be honest who see's under the car and as long as its solid n rust free before its done it should stay that way for a long time.

EXCELLENT work mate keep up the good work! yeah and i know what you mean about the engine not looking like 350-400hp lol...look at mine!!
ok ok...mine is still 136hp LOL...head should be complete soon though
what turbo are you thinking of using? also when welding inlet and exhaust manifold...what type of welding should be used?
bassboy

nice covering of dust on youre engine there
im using a 0.63 t34
depends what kind of gear youve got available for the welding really, my inlet was tig welded, but exhaust manifold could be tig or mig.

yup got her a new heart
my mate from work tig welded my intercooler end caps last night, here he is doing the deed
and heres the end caps, semi finished
they still need the ends machined off to allow air to pass through to the intercooler core, then the inlet and outlet ports welding on.

luke89 the badge was 15 quid delivered from ebay
capri_neil when you do yours, start a thread on it so we can see how youre doing
intercooler end caps have been machined now, but i think another run of weld around the inside of the joints would be worth doing before theyre welded to the cossie cores.
still waiting on my roll cage being delivered rang them up yesterday, was informed that it has been made and is ready to be packaged up and sent to me, will be here by end of the week
