sounds cool to me gus get some pics up of what youve got in yours so we can all have a spy
heres some pics to keep you happy
had my inlet manifold milled last night to make the face where it bolts to the cylinder head nice and flat. this was necessary because the zetec flange wasnt bolted down to a solid piece of metal while it was welded to the rover inlet, it deformed by curling up at the edges, meaning it wouldnt seal against the cyl head
here it is in the milling machine waiting to be machined flat
and heres the finished surface, flat and smooth as you like the stripes on the flange in this photo make it look as tho its not perfect but it is 100%
Radders you'll have to wait til Saturday for the "latest" update pics

bonnet pins turned up this morning
i also assembled my inlet manifold
after all this effort of making it suitable for fiesta turbo management i dont even know if im going to use it or make a custom manifold and go for cossie or aftermarket

The turbo's not going to be positioned under the manifold, its going to be above the gearbox, so space wont be a problem

i would love to see the results of a flow test on this manifold, to see how wel it does flow compared to other manifolds used on zetec engines.
Moondust_crust im sure you can remember what rust looks like

Hadrian have a website http://www.carpanels.co.uk but i bought all my panels through a local car spares shop.
all the panels ive bought were just shy of £250, and i bought genuine ford front wings off a bloke on ebay for £70, plus the cost of the car it all adds up to just shy of 1100 quid. not counting consumable items like mig wire, wire brush wheels, primer etc
couldnt honestly say how much time has been spent on the car, ive spent days lying under that car scraping off underseal etc thats before the welding/grinding/cutting stage!! ive been grafting alone and also with friends, so in man hours this time would be huge! ive got no doubt a pro would do it in a fraction of the time tho

just been to their website... it seem's they don't do panels for the orion...which is a pain in my ar$e coz i need two new rear inner arch's, i should be able to get away with mk3 escy (4dr) sills n wings tho right..?
thanks for the info dude
