Well today I was down at RAF sealand and took full advantage of the engineering workshop and got this cut out . Once home and mocked up I was well happy with the result .. so now I'll send it for powder coating this week .
I also got the lower boost hose on so now all it leaves is wrap the top boost hose and start it up and go for a steady drive and collect some data .

Well Thursday I got up and thought about attacking all the little niggles that have bugged me for ages so that's what I started . So first up was fit a new set of headlights . I opted for copied set as I want to keep my new corellos for when I do a full restoration in the future. Friday I took it for MOT and it flew through so was well happy... Saturday me and our kid got it on the ramps and fitted the outer wish bone bushes with the super pro bushes so now it's fully super pro .then we fitted new camber bolts and a new handbrake cable id ceramic coated so it won't or shouldn't rust ..also went for a run out and covered 120miles and sent the data off to Mark Knight and all seems good now that the charge carrier isn't touching the manifold ..Monday it went back to alunox and got the charge carrier modified and now its mega , also I stripped the exhaust manifold off as I've always had a slight blow from cylinder 1 when cold and then it goes when hot..on inspection I was shocked to find it was only number 1 with a slight blow .anyhow I got it machined and a new NMS copper gasket and now it's perfect and no blows .. here's the pics along the way not in any order .
Also my new 4bar map sensor arrived from MR Clark at ignition advantages .
Also treated it to a wash .

Had a nice 193mile round trip up the Welsh coast right up the the south stack then dropped back down to Llandudno with the young en for a few hours . Didn't really bring any boost on as I cruised at around 70-80mph on the A55 etc , I got the odd spitting a flame out when lifting off in 5th . Me and the young en had a great time.

Over winter I'm going to be doing the final mods and adjustments to the car as the R&D and data as been consistent for over 10k mileage.
First thing will be get the WRC bladed ARB fitted and dialled in .
Then wheel speed sensor so I can set up proper LC and not just 2 step like I have.
New gated sump with viton gates , my current one is fine just want a change .
Take off on new sump for return line from breather tank .
Geometry set up .
Also want to put the TC on a rotary switch so I can have a few options of traction for various conditions.

Been out tonight to get fuel ready for Fordfair and collect some data to see how it's running. thanks to mark it seems its a rich at peak boost and in 3rd I get 10psi and then 22psi in 4th , turns out my gearbox speed sensor its intermittent and out of sync causing the issue , easy fix though .

Well as said I went and dug the car out from my friends garage and after 4 weeks started on the button first time . Got it home after a nice steady boost and started with playing with the TC bits .. just designing the new 24t trigger wheels by Raj @ Autoflock when the CaD design will be sent to dave Lee aka Monster for making.

Today seen Raj from Autoflock come down measure up and now he's designing and making up the CAD file for the trigger wheels so all that is left on this front is to fit trigger wheels once dave Lee as made them from Raj's CAD drawings , gap the sensors and later in the year set it all up .
Turbo speed sensor should be here this week to fit and also I need to make the sub loom up for the 4bar map and I'm MSD ready after a service.
